We have switched our courier partner to EVRi, for exclusion zones please refer to the bottom of this page.
We recommend that you download the EVRi app and register. This will provide you easy access to your box and any changes you would like to make.
If your address if difficult to locate, you can use ‘What 3 words’ which will provide the driver an accurate GPS location of your delivery address.
We aim to increase delivery success rate by allowing for safe locations to be set on the property or with a neighbour as well as a pickup location.
If you are not going to be in, you may choose to divert your box to a safe place, neighbour, or a local pick-up location by following the parcel information sent to you after you place your order or through the EVRi app or website.

We will keep you informed at each stage of delivery:
…when the courier has been informed of your incoming parcel.
…when the courier has received your parcel.
…when we have an ETA, we will provide a time slot.
…when your parcel has been successfully delivered.
If no instruction of safe location or deliver to neighbour have not been provided, the driver will attempt another delivery the following day. The driver may attempt to leave your parcel if there is a suitable place that is out of public view and provide an image on your tracking information.
To ensure a successful delivery please make sure you set a safe location, select a neighbour, or pick up location through the tracking information sent to you, or through the EVRi app/website using your delivery information.
